To reserve your space, download and print this General HamFest Registration form and contact AMRC Hamfest, via hamfest@stonemountainhamfest.com after October 23th. with a reservation request.

Set-up in the FleaMarket is available for from 12:30  PM  until 6:00 PM, on Thursday October 29th, 2026 and again beginning at 6AM to 1:00 PM on  Friday October 30th, 2026.

No one is allowed to set up at the FleaMarket before 12:30 PM on Thursday without the HamFest Chairman’s approval.

The camping fee is $40 per night per vehicle! If you’re in a car, an RV, a van, or a tent.
