PACE (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency) communications plan

Kathy has been licensed since 1988.  She learned to work “pile-ups” doing call-ins for many of the Dayton Hamventions.  She is especially interested in Emergency Communications.

Forum Description:  “Plan B” has failed – what now????  Primary, Alternate, Contingency, Emergency Planning began in the military, then was adopted by the Fire Services and Emergency Communications on the West, and is now spreading across the country.  PACE Planning was included as a tasking in a recent MCV exercise.
