Skywarn Coordinator, and Walton Co. ARES Assistant Emergency Coordinator. I also serve on the ARRL NTS2 Access & Delivery and Performance & Standards working groups.
Forum Description: Frank will cover the National Traffic System Radiogram Form. It will include a review of the radiogram form with a focus on details of passing and delivering radiogram traffic.
