Forum Room Accommodations:
-
- Each Forum room will have; a screen, and video projector with HDMI and VGA video cables. The Big Forum room will have a podium with a microphone, and a PA system. The presenter(s) will need to supply their laptop, mouse, and laser pointer.

- The Big Forum room can seat about 75-100.
-
- The Small Forum/Workshop room can seat 60-70 with just chairs. In a Workshop layout with 11(8ft tables) and 3-4 chairs per table, about 33-44.
