On-going Activities on both Saturday and Sunday in the area directly in front of the Main Exhibit Hall

    • AMSAT – NFARL mobile tower will be on display
  •  
    • Gwinnett Co ARES will have their trailer on display

Forum Room Accommodations:

    • Each Forum room will have; a screen, and video projector with HDMI and VGA video cables.  The Big Forum room will have a podium with a microphone, and a PA system.  The presenter(s) will need to supply their laptop, mouse, and laser pointer.
    • The Big Forum room can seat about 75-100. 
    • The Small Forum/Workshop room can seat 60-70 with just chairs.  In a Workshop layout with 11(8ft tables) and 3-4 chairs per table, about 33-44.
